I know what it's like to hate what you see in the mirror. To start a diet on Monday and quit by Wednesday. To tell yourself "something is wrong with me" because everyone else seems to figure it out and you can't.
I failed my diet more times than I can count. I dropped my calories too low, binged, felt guilty, and started over. The same cycle. Over and over.
"The problem was never the food. It was my mentality. The day I fixed that — everything changed."
I'm a completely different person. Not because of motivation. Because I built a mentality that doesn't quit after one bad day. That's what I teach. And it works.
